If you need a quickie..
If you do not have a lot of time this christmas, how about a few novella's. To start of the season with a series of 11 novella's by different authors to read in between festivities called Naughty and Nice (on Amazon) A series of contemporary stories from small town to age gap and mafia romance.
Do you like your romance a bit more on the non-human side, how about an alien romance series like An Otherworldly Christmas, with one of the books called 'How my Jingleballs Saved Christmas' (find it on Amazon) and includes pets in all 3 books.
Fluffy feel good reads
If you love rom-coms and sweet romances, how about the fake-dating, enemies-to-lovers of MéLisa Ryun holiday romance called Fake it 'til you Sleigh it (on Amazon) set in sunny Florida.
Or if you are all about the grumpy-sunshine trope, have a look at 'The Night before Grumpmas by Kendall Hale (on Amazon) where neighbours argue about decorations and holiday cheer. I am on Jacob's side as I do not have any holiday decorations for Christmas.
If one is not enough..
Reverse harem is one of my favourite tropes, as why have 1 man doting on the female lead when you can have 2 or more. If you are new to this trope, let's start with the smallest option of a MFM with twins, Tracy Lorraine's Naughty & Nice (on Amazon) also has a snowed-in and one-bed trope.
When you get multiple love interests, there is a chance of ⚔️ and in the MMF trope, the men may love each other as much as the female lead. In Trouble by Brittanee Nicole (on Amazon) has a grumpy-sunshine trope where two best friends have to admit they have feelings for each other as well as the FMC.
If you are ready to move on to add more to the party or are a seasoned reader of the the 'more the merrier' trope. Check out C.M. Stunich's Blizzards and Bastards (on Amazon), where a bunch of popstars 'rescue' the FMC Cyan and are forced to spend christmas with her snooty family due to a snow blizzard. I stayed up way too late to finish this story.
Queer xmas
As someone that is part of the LQBTQIA+ community, I could not leave out some amazing queer holiday stories and let's start with Sleigh Bells Ring, a sweet sapphic holiday romance story set in the UK by Alyson Root (on Amazon)
To add some royalty with queer holidays, how about the Prince of Christmas and the Prince of Halloween falling for each other with Sara Raasch' novel The Nighmare before Kissmas. Where they both are competing to marry the Princess of Easter, however their feelings have other plans.
The next recommendation may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I could not resist including this book by Helen Juliet, as I have a few of her paperbacks already. In Good Spirits (on Amazon) is an MMMM (yes 4 men) has a daddy-little, age-gap trope where one of the men has a need to get in the holiday spirit and the others show him how.
Seekora recommendation
Christmas is one of the labels in Seekora's search engine and although in our beta we have limited authors at the moment, we do have a recommendation from a featured author.
Rianne Burnett has a 3 book holiday series called Holiday Fantasies on Amazon that features a demon, a dragon and a gargoyle. They a short stories and if you like horror, these may be right up your alley
There are many more that I should recommend, but limited in time, and space. From me I wish everyone a cosy holiday time and great new year. Hope you have read the books you wanted and that you keep your TBR healthy 😁
